Although we had an Estate Plan drafted years ago, when we learned of the offer of an End of Life Planning Seminar we decided to attend thinking we needed to have the Plan updated. Presentation of the seminar by Seth Bier was rewarding, for he has the ability to clearly explain complex matters with words and visuals. At the end of the Seminar we were offered a free consultation with Seth. He requested a copy of our existing plan and an idea of what our questions would involve. An easily scheduled Zoom meeting was arranged and we walked through the Family relationships and methods to insure our Estate would continue as we wanted (taxes handled, family roles defined, probate avoided, etc). At the conclusion we were assured by Seth that our existing plan with a few tweaks will suffice. His professionalism was understood by us as he never was critical of our original attorney and he refused compensation for the consultation. Seth and Leann gifted us valuable assurance that our future is well planned. We do not hesitate to 5 star recommend their services. Should laws change, we would definitely retain Seth for our Estate.
