I cannot put into words the appreciation that my family and I have for Seth and the work that he has done to assist us with a rather delicate matter involving a family member. While I’d rather avoid going into intimate details for obvious reasons, Seth was tasked with this issue which was then made all the more complicated by the emerging uncertainty related to the onset of COVID-19 and its considerable impact upon the legal system. However, regardless of the obstacles, Seth never wavered or deviated from task and, despite considerable obstacles, saw it through. Just as importantly, he made absolutely sure to keep us appraised of the situation throughout the process and was unfailingly responsive to our inquiries. Further, he always went to whatever lengths were necessary to ensure that he had broken down the process and legal concepts involved into a digestible format for those of us not intimately involved in the law.
In addition to ALL of the above, I have had occasion since where I have found myself in need of direction regarding the family member’s situation. And, though, under no obligation to assist us, Seth has still generously provided invaluable advice and direction to us.
